I love my Tobyn, we were watching adultswim...as is my ritual after work. Well, I don't know if I ever talked to you all about my undying love for Frisky Dingo, but then came a commercial for the DVD release(WOOT!)...I'm so behind, I used to know about such things so far ahead of time...alas, despite this my excitement skyrocketed. It was technically Tuesday, and I said we must buy it! So he suggested we go after it, right then and there. While we do avoid Wal-Mart in most every situation, it's Killface, he can't be avoided. :) So I have it. And it's supremely awesome.
I'm heading into my sixth day straight of work...and my body hates me for it. Stupid getting my days off switched...now I'm a weekend fiend, but I miss my Monday-Tuesdays already. Sad times there.
I have a friend who is 36, with two kids and pregnant. She's freaking awesome, and she rocks as a mother. She's also a bad ass chef. I hang out with her and her kids sometimes.
The Emerald City Comicon is next month, I can't wait. I'm going with my friend Kyle and that will be cool, we'll probably have to hotel it...though I'm not sure yet. Darick Robertson is going to be there, he's such a whore for the locals...and I adore him for that. He's one of my favorites. Also the beloved J. Michael Stracynski and Tim Sale, also I heard a rumor that Brom should be there...I mean, damn. This is going to rock.
I also just spent over sixty dollars on used CDs, such as the marvelous Editors and Arctic Monkeys. Both older albums....but I've been needing them. I finally found Silversun Pickups EP Pickul...FINALLY. Things are good.
