You know what I love...with all my heart(other than the obvious of course...of alternative, Tobyns, friends, films, art, rings and things...and the list continues.) ?
Moonshadow. I'm rereading it. I'm glad I've decided to read it now...I think it is much better this time around, the first time I had to solider through it like a somewhat enjoyable chore...but certainly was not the unique and inspiring experience that the book is now( I probably read it, what, six years ago?). Moonshadow's strange journey to enlightenment touches on everything from destiny, war, thievery, insanity wards, and space travel. It's freaking amazing and I'm ashamed I was not more aware of this the first time around. I find the world so enticing....I get completely lost in the pages. It's spectacular, and while not anywhere near the realm of effect that Gaiman has had on me...it still stands phenomenal and one of the most wonderful and original stories I have ever read. I highly recommend it...I think Jackie in particular would appreciate the story... Just thought everyone should know.
Better to be mad than to be out in the windy world of death and guilt and starving souls.....don't you think?- Aunt Ettie
