So, I totally pulled a "Ferris Bueller" today and skipped work to hit the casino in Canada. Although I do feel a little bad for leaving all my clients hanging, I think I deserved a little break from life (maybe not, but I'm sticking to that story anyways). With graduation just around the corner, I want to enjoy the rest of my college life up here. I want to "go out with a bang". I already wasted too much time these three and a half years and I need to live it up again.
Today was exactly what I needed to start off the last spring break we'll ever see in our lives. Walked out of the casino $120 richer and ten times happier. Actually, I was going to walk out only $25 richer, but Peter convinced me to pull his famous "go out with a bang" move before we left. This consisted of throwing down our $3 worth of canadian coins, which we didnt want to keep with us anyways ( I mean why would we need canadian coins?), and betting it on the craziest odds. I figured since Peter was on the spot with almost every call today, it wouldnt hurt to continue trusting his instincts. So we threw in our final $3 on some crazy odds, not expecting to win at all. He went for 6 and I bet on any triples. The dice came out to be triple 5's and I won an extra hundred bucks. Ahhh....life is sooo fun!
