yay for exercise!

So tonight I did 30 minutes on the exercise bike - I was good and sweaty lol. Then I did weights and situps!

I did eat too much popcorn though - oops.

Tonight we finished the second disc of One Tree Hill - very good! I can't wait to get the third and fourth disc in the mail! I'm lovin it. Then we got through half of American Tail. It really brought me back to being little again, I remember my sister Colleen used to love that movie.

Now I am ready for bed though - I am exhausted.
