internship: week 1
Week one is over! This is the first full week I've been in Bradenton, FL. Everything went pretty well. I haven't done too much at work, but I have really enjoyed meeting all the people and going out on the cases. Very interesting and very fun.
After talking with my FSU liasion, she said I could apply for the job and get it while I'm doing my internship. That would be AWESOME!! Its a great opportunity and I will start to pursue it on Monday.
Otherwise than that, Frank was here this weekend. That was good. I saw three movies: 28 Weeks Later, The Ex, and Spiderman 3.
28 Weeks was amazing. I think if you liked the first one, you'll love this one. Excellent.
The Ex is also good. The movie itself is predictable and the plot is stupid, Jason Bateman and Zach Braff are awesome. Very odd movie.
Spiderman 3 was enjoyable. I didn't dislike it sooo much, but it is definitely the worst movie out of the three. It was almost like they said hey let's pack this movie with a bunch of crap! And they did. The plot was just too much. Also, it contained the WORST dance bit I've seen in a movie in a long time. It was nice to see Peter Parker with the Conor Oberst look. I'm sure people pointed that out to him during the filming... right??
