I turned in my final paper yesterday. It may be the last paper I ever write as a student.
The day before that, I caught an 18 inch trout. I went fishing with a new friend of mine and it was awesome. I was terrified as we had to wade through waist deep, murky Gulf water to get to the "fishing spot." I was really nervous after he said, "Make sure you shuffle your feet, so you don't step on a sting ray." We also didn't fish from shore, we waded in the water. It made me really nervous though because I couldn't see the bottom and it was about waist deep. Then, when Cameron brought the fish bag into the water, it also made me nervous because one fish was bleeding slightly. Sharks. Seriously.
After like four hours of really good fishing, I caught one (almost two) and he caught four and possibly hooked a large sting ray that he fought for a good twenty minutes. All and all, a great time.
Today, I'm going to try it again.
You do the math...
Life is better when school isn't involved.
Wednesday, my mom, her fiance, and my grandma come down for my graduation. Should be interesting. Graduation will be nice. I picked up my cap and gown last Friday. I have a hood. This is going to be great.
I leave for California on Sunday. I'll be there a week. I booked the car rental today. A PT Cruiser is excessive, but hey... its only $10 more a person. Plus, its awesome.
We still have to make our Price is Right t-shirts. Got any good slogan ideas?
