(no subject)
i'm moving out of my beautiful but crazy house. i am moving a little further down the road into a house with two german boys, a spanish girl and an american girl. i think that mix should make for an interesting (and fairly quiet) bunch. i am very excited, i can move on friday but since i go on my homestay this weekend i will probably just move on sunday evening. i love it here a little bit more everyday. i miss everyone so much but i really do believe this is the right place for me now, and that is such a refreshing feeling. i had a stressful day so i treated myself and went to a fancy little italian restaurant overlooking the liffey and drank red wine and ate the most delicious gnocchi. it was really great and just what i needed. this weekend i got on my homestay with an irish family and the paper i got about my family in the mail today said they love dogs, so i hope they have lots of them, im so excited for that. i think the homestay will be one of my best experiences here. then, the weekend of the 28th i am meeting up with joshua terry in london to hang out with him at the motion city soundtrack show because he is their manager. it will be free and fun and charming so that is something to look forward to. in early october im planning to take a solo trip to scotland, where i will go on a three day adventure tour all through scotland. i have a lot on my plate right now and im so very excited. i will post with pictures soon, everything's just been so hectic. i miss my family and cory and katie and joel. and all of my girls with whom i giggle. i drink so much wine here and i'm getting into tea. things are very good.
