(no subject)
Well I am back from the dr. and running errands. The appointment went great. The nurse couldn't find the heartbeat as I suspected so the dr. turned on the ultrasound for a second and we saw the baby! I didn't get any pics but it was on a different machine than the usual one and the picture wasn't as clear as the other. We did get to see it moving and kicking around, it looked like the baby was looking right at us! We saw the face, belly, arms and legs. I also lost 2 pounds which is right on par for me. My dr said I looked great and was taking care of myself as usual. (boy do I have him fooled! LOL J/K!) I go back in 4 weeks for the quad screen blood test then 2 weeks after that I go to my perinatologist for the big ultrasound! So 6 weeks!! We still think it's a girl. We both refer to "her" as "she" so if I say "she" it's only speculation at this point.
