Just another day..
Today seems like another one of those days. It just seems like there is a lot on my mind. The hard part is, Brian isn't here to talk to about any of it. I just want to be able to have a normal conversation with him instead of a half an hour over the internet. Time is shortening here. Maybe about 3 1/2 months left. The days have slowly been going by now. Been working more and more. Thirty-six more days and Brian and I go on leave. We cannot wait. I am looking forward to many things. Seeing family of course, good, real food, cold beer, and friends. I miss my Sam and Milo too. I wonder if they remember us. I wonder if animals have memories like that. Like the ( Read more... ) -
Warm & Cozy
Time seems like it is flying. Brian should be home on this coming Monday. I will be so happy, its just so different here without him. But the room does stay clean. It feels so good to take a shower at night, come back to the room, but lotion on and comfy clothes, and put the heat on high. Keeps me warm. Last Nerves
So Brian is gone again. I am left here alone again. Why does the army torture us and me soo much? What have I don't in my life that I need to be punished? Everyday I am here I feel like that. Pilates
I bought a couple of Pilates dvds off Amazon because it sounded like fun plus it would give me a workout I dearly needed. First I watched through it so see how to do the exercises, then I started it. Oh my god. Its harder than it looks. You can really feel it though. One dvd, you can choose which areas you want to work on. Then you can make it go ( Read more... ) -
Migraines suck
So I went to the doctor today because yesterday I had the worst migraine that I have ever had. I wanted to go to the hospital but the truck ride probably would have killed me. I don't know what brought it on either. It started as a small headache earlier in the day, that quickly progressed to a peircing migraine that made me hope I passed out so I ( Read more... ) -
Gone again
Well, Brian has come and went. He was here for 2 nights. The only time I got to spend with him was at night because he was so busy during the day getting stuff ready to take back with him to the other base. Almost
I thought that the days were going by fast, but lately, everyday seems soo long. We have been working such long hours and long days that I feel like I haven't been able to do anything. I keep wanting to go running or go to the gym but by the time I get back from a mission I am so wore out that all I want to do is take a shower and go to bed. It's ( Read more... ) -
Slow days
Yup. I am bored yet again. I had to work on the truck today, clean it up and make it look all pretty for the Sergeant Major. Cleaned up around our living area, went to lunch, got laundry, and sat around some. Everyone is worried about their rooms and having to clean it.
