Opening Night was absolutely fabulous. Had mics worked the entire time, it would have been the perfect show. Seriously, I don't know how it happened, the only difference between yesterday and today was an orchestra rehearsal and running the end of show over-dramatically, as well as some generally positive energy. But it was at least twice as good (as a show) than it's ever been. Even though the bassist and drummer didn't show up for the first act. Seriously, everyone was phenomenal. The songs went wonderfully. The audience laughed at things I didn't even know were funny. This night has been all I hoped it would be and more. My concern now is that there won't be room in the theater for all the people coming tomorrow. Thank you so, so much to anyone and everyone involved. My dream has come to life. Everything is wonderful.
