today was ok. Tina on the basketball team got kicked off the team for spitting in another players face and threating her. And the basketball players say the softball girls are violent.lol.Well she was excorted by the cops and everything. Now the whole b-ball hates KP bc shes the one who told coach she was getting fucked with.idk long story. newho..i pulled my quaid and the trainer wrapped it. i didnt wanna go there bc i felt like i was failing my team, coach and myself. but i really did hurt it. so i had to get tapped up. Then after workout we had to run also. that was insane. coach is crazy--as the basketball girls tell us. They dont know why we need to run so much and work out sooo much. i laugh...well, i went for my whirlpool ice bath today that was horrid. my whole body felt like it was going to brake bc it was frozen. Alot of girls hurt their legs soo we have a schelduled ice bath tomorrow as well. in like a few minutes i have to meet at the track for prac.then i wanna go hit like yesterday. I still got it in me thank god. i was scared abou tnot hitting so long. but i did alright. Shotel, Ida, and Lo are soo funny last night when i got outta the shower.talking some shit.ill get them..back damn b-ball players. i cant hear outta my right ear either. so i went to nurse today i might get send to the doctor in down if its something big. i just hate going to the doc especially now. whatever. now i must go die on the track for satans run.
