Oh wow, there are so many! I think it would have to be any memory I have with my grandmother. One that really stands out is when she made an apple pie (I loved her apple pies), and I wanted a piece as soon as it got out of the oven. She told me I would burn my finger...so she cut a piece and put it in the fridge for me. I don't know why I remember that one in particular, but I do. :)
