I'm on holidays now! HOLIDAYS! And what a beautiful feeling it is. There are.

THERE ARE.

Well, actually, they're not lesbians in the anime, but oh god, the subtext was there! And come on, you think it's hot. You totally do.

There is no way they are heterosexual. The one on the left has no pants, and the one on the right is halfway through undressing.

Pretty heavy subtext.

If it helps, I'm almost done with a fic involving them (names: Mirielle and Kirika respectively), and there may or may not be sex.

You might like Noir, actually. Yes, it's anime, but there are hot French and Japanese assassin chicks toting guns and loads of femslash-y subtext. And Mirielle quotes Hemingway in the first episode!

Oooo. I'm not against anime per se - it's just that all I have seen, I have despised with the utmost of fervour.

But you're welcome to change my mind. Especially with Hemingway quotes.

Yes, well, anime varies a lot from the shows like Sailor Moon and Pokemon and Cardcaptors and whatever you've seen!

I'll lend you the first volume the next time I see you, okay? The first episode kind of sucks, but aheeeey.

I'm not denying that they're lesbians. I'm denying the fact that they're lesbians IN CANON.
