I'm back from netless exile! And I've missed you all!
At long last, after two weeks! of such infernal tortures as
1) moving furniture (probably the first time in my life when I've thought such thoughts as bookcases? Who needs bookcases?)
2) no internet! [except for scant stolen time at work] not knowing what you’ve all been up to and whether spoofed has had her baby yet!
I have effectively moved home and BT has transferred Z’s super swanky high-speed broadband connection the easier to download more Lost with.
Things that have made me laugh today:
- The cat doing landscape gardening with the freshly poured litter in its litter tray
- A fat little grub of a child offering me one of his shoes
- A letter from my employer congratulating me on my new increased salary of £7,867 per annum.
