Guessing Signs
I'm in love with astrology, and one of my hobbies in learning it is to try and guess the charts of people whose charts I don't know from the things they say in their LJs.
So
tubewalker I'd expect to have something prominent in Cancer or Pisces and a well aspected Moon. Other prominent featurs of the chart may be a strong Neptune or a Taurus/Libran aspect (appreciation of music, beauty, harmony, good food).
dubaiyan I'd hypothesise has either an *afflicted* Sun - probably 12th house (thereby also giving her a Virgo Ascendant which I can see in the fine craft of her writing) or perhaps a Sun-Saturn.
voiceofsauron I'd expect to have a very prominent Saturn - the post about viewing the world in terms of risk assessment strikes me as very Saturnian.
and I'd be stunned if norantiskitchen didn't have a strong/well-aspected Mercury with her love of words and language. She's always struck me as forthright and fiery and energetic in an Arien way, but I wouldn't be surprised by a Virgo Ascendant or Moon.
twistedserious on the other hand eludes me, as I know she was born right on the cusp of Virgo and Libra and I can see both Virgoan and Libran traits in her although I think I'm leaning slightly more towards Libra.
mindslant I do not know well enough to really make a solid guess, but I'm leaning towards something in Scorpio and a Cancer or 4th House sun.
And I'm willing to bet that hoshuteki is either a Libra or has a hefty stellium there based on his suave entries, appreciation of Cointreau and the nice and classic way of dressing.
I know the miss_newham of the purple hair is a Pisces, but I'm also leaning towards the presence of a Gemini Ascendant or Moon.
elethe I would bet has either a promiment sixth house, or a Sun/Moon in Virgo and probably a dash of Leo through the natal chart.
Anyway, you're all fascinating individuals, your LJs fascinate me and I love being both right and wrong provided I can learn from the experience, so anyone who wouldn't mind me doing their chart and knows their birth details (time, place and date of birth) please leave me a comment saying so.
