At first I misread that as 'Whatshername the female lead cuts her hair and joins the Yakuza', because I fail at remembering names. I doubt I will ever watch this, but if my misreading had been correct I would be doing so RIGHT NOW. Just to see our angsty Hana chop her hair off and act like Hojo's assistant from Sanctuary.

a;sdfkljfsdf that would've AWESOME. I think it needs its own drama. "Leave me for Tokyo? I'll join the motherfucking mob."

"And if you need me, I'll be helping this guy take over Japan. With his sexy awesomeness. - Oh, and if you touch me again, Mr Tokai, I'll castrate you instead of just kicking you." And of course Mr Tokai would be going "Yaaay! She's a lot like my dead wife. Now I can live Yakuza-ly ever after with her and Hojo. Who I love to bits."

The above may or may not make sense if you have not read Sanctuary. Which you should go do. Like, now. (Good luck finding it.)

*flails* What is with people reccing me things that are impossible to find? This is punishment for all the drama pushing, isn't it? This teasing.

*laughs evilly* YES. YES IT IS. (You got around to watching Utena yet? Or do I have to keep pushing it on you?)

Well, you can find scans if you look hard enough. I'm pretty sure MangaTraders has them. But for this manga, I sort of enjoy slowly tracking down the dead tree carcasses, paying large-ish sums of money for them, and lending them out to everyone I know. And I still only have volumes one and two. Hopefully that guy I met two weeks ago can finagle himself a copy, as promised, so I can read volume three. Even if I have to fight Katie for it. The above small text is provided as an example of how difficult it is to get a single copy of any Sanctuary volume (other than the first) for under $20.

Having never spent a dime on manga in my life, I can't say I relate, but I do admire your devotion. XD

It's mostly so I can lend them out to everyone else; it's lots and lots of fun to hand people a copy and then grill them on their favourite bits once they've finished with it.
