Cool beans. I managed to find links via tvfreeload. I cant wait to watch the ep. I read up on the cast and I love what I read so far. Well except the whole sex power they gave to alisha. I hate that kind of shit so much. It just annoys me, of all the cool or subversive powers to give a female character and that's waht they landed on? Honestly I dont like how it sounds but I've decided to give them the benefit of tthe doubt. Who knows maybe they'll take such a tacky idea and make it work.

That actually works in the episode because SPOILERS: Alisha is basically a girl who uses her looks to get things. There's a scene with her, a bottle and the boys watching on in awe and another one when we see her 'power' and it's actually REALLY scary. As in a crazed 'OMGYOUREFUCKINGBEAUTIFULIWANTTOFUCKYOURIGHTNOW!' way. So it's going to be interesting to see how she copes with the power - i think she'll lose the ability to have people touch her which is sad...

Saw the episode! That was some intense crazy shit. and I ate it up with a spoon! Everyone is really fascinating but I confess I only really like chav girl (tanya right?) and Curtis aka the disgraced athlete so far. I dont know how to feel about irish kid, I spent the episode equal parts laughing at his little quips and wanting to smack that smug little smirk off his face. I kind of wanted Curtis to back hand him and make him cry like the little bitch he is but Curtis it seems is a better man than that. I didnt dislike Alisha but I havent warmed to her yet either, she seems a typical teen girl though. She is ridiculously pretty and I'm glad they let her keep her kinky hair instead of making her straighten it so it would look more flowy and european. Her power however is horrifying and I am not sure I like that they did that. I mean on the one hand it's fascinating and subversive in showing the dark side to such a power. It's also ironic since She clearly knows she's hot and uses it to her advantage, and here comes along this power and it's far more of a curse than it could ever be a gift. But that's the thing that's bothering me though, I dont see how her power will ever become useful. I mean mind reading, invisibility, turning back time, those are useful skills, if not all the time as tanya's power has shown us. But how is Alisha's power ever gonna be helpful to her? Weird kid Simon scares me, he just has this aura that screams "rapist". It doesnt help that arson (which was apparently what he was there for)like rape is a crime about power, control and anger/hate. So that already doesnt speak well of him. Maybe he'll become a super villain instead? lol

There was a new BH video with the director of the first 3 episodes and he was being all horrible and, 'The end of episode one is epic but two is Annie's thing and three is wow!' and i'm thinking, 'JUST GIVE IT TO US BITCH!'

But we only have two months now so i guess i's happy watching Misfits to wait.
