So I was surfing on Niconico, to watch MADs/AMVs, and I find some Mononoke/Okami crossovers. Or more like Mononoke scenes done as it were Okami-styled (or with music/sound effects of this).
Ayakashi - Bakeneko, Okamified (plus trailer)
Mononoke, Okamified (oh LOL, with the Oinas at the end XDDDDD and Project Rub Kusuriuri)
The logo is genius. And the loading screens crack me up XD
And while this isn't a crossover, this Mononoke AMV is gorgeous and it was made with Okami's ED theme Reset. Even if you pass from my raving silliness about the ones above, if you're into Mononoke, you should watch this because the song is pretty:3 (ETA: changed the link for a youtube one yay!)
Aaaaaand now nothing can't convince me otherwise. My personal fanon has these two fandoms occurring in the same fucking world, being Mononoke Okami!Nippon's future. So, the mononoke and ayakashi might come from Yami? Are the scales and Kusuriuri's trunk (and perhaps the sword...?) gadgets made with ancient Moon Tribe technology? Oh baby, I smell plotbunnies~~
