It occurs to me that, now that everyone's gone, this is probably a safer place to express myself than it was before. A couple of thoughts here on my ham radio:
-When two of my former loves say goodbye to me now, they say, "Take care of yourself." And, in my mind, I hear them add, "because no one else ever will."
-I still watch sitcoms. Not to laugh--they haven't made my laugh in years, and I'm not sure I'm still capable--but to see a world where people care about each other and always come back to one another at the end of each episode.
