Avoid at all costs if possible...

I switched my phone back in February to their hybrid. Since then, I have had nothing but problems not only with my service (it hangs up on me frequently) but also with their customer service.

I called yesterday to see why we have to call long-distance from our house to call our cell phones. After 30min + of hold & 3 people later, the girl comes back & starts to tell me my new phone numbers. Uh, I not once asked for new numbers... I was just looking for why & if there were any options.

Now, I'm still fighting w/them to get my old number back. They got Billy's back no problem, but b/c mine is a hybrid, they can't guarantee it... WTF is that?! I have now spent 3+ hours on hold since yesterday afternoon... been hung up on twice for no reason (I asked for a supervisor)... and just NOW got my phone working, new number though.
