Have been watching Roswell, season one, on hulu.com which has eaten up both a) motivation and b) time. Dude, I don't know how a show can be so BAD and so GOOD at the same time. I keep coming back against my better judgment (I know it doesn't mean to hurt me, really). BAH. Where are you, Roswell fic? I know you were ten years ago but the internet never forgets.
I haven't been on this thing in months. That's pretty bad, so, um... HI! *WAVES*
I suck. I'm now on
twitter and watch it like a hawk. Come visit me if you have one! I love tweets.
Have also been watching Dollhouse, Sarah Conner Chronicles, Damages, and Friday Night Lights (NO ONE TOLD ME ABOUT PETER PAN, WTF?) I love them. I am gearing up for movies this year, because every geek-related, science-fictiony, completely nerdy thing is coming out (Transformers, Star Trek, Terminator, Watchmen, X-Men). I cannot get enough and I'm so excited!
Am waiting patiently for Green Day album. All I've heard so far is "21st Century Breakdown" and it sounds to me like a continuation/rehashing of American Idiot, so I'm reserving judgment until I get my hands on the actual album. Part of me cries "Foul!" and the other is giddy with renewed excitement. I'm so out of the music loop - Evan listens ONLY and do I mean ONLY to AC/DC. This being Idaho and hickish, Angus follows me everywhere I go (and while I thought there could never be too much AC/DC, trust me...as it happens, there can). I am slightly amused that MCR has once again stolen ideas from people far more talented than them and covered Bob Dylan's "Desolation Row," but I happen to enjoy the cover which makes most of my complaints fall flat. Oh MCR, why did we have to break up?
Most awesome thing: I graduate in May. It only took about 700 million years, and then there will hopefully be some moving - probably somewhere along the West Coast. Evan is trying to get in at Boeing and unfortunately my future sort of hinges on his crazy engineering stuff which is OH SO SPECIFIC. Apparently they only build planes in certain towns and people read/write almost everywhere (except probably Texas).
Missed you guys. XD!
