Luck o' the Irish

We went to shodoshan's and dren_the_liar's new house for a St. Patty's day party. All the food and drink were green, except for the Irish Stew, which was very good. Everyone got handmade buttons, which was cool. After a while, we played poker (Texas Hold 'Em) for a while, but only half of them, so the other half were talking, laughing, generally having a good time..which was totally fine, except that I got distracted and couldn't concentrate on my cards. I obviously won't be playing in a real poker tournament or Vegas anytime soon. I lost almost all of amor_ereptor's buy in money, and we went home before I completely busted. Still, it was fun, and am totally happy we went.
