KYAAA!

KYAAAA MY DAD SAID YES. Even after I told him the price. But only if I can persuade my mum. I'll do that after this week, 'cos it's my brother's exam week and she's all stressy about him.

When I was asking him if he could get me a (little birdie) doll, I was seriously pespiring really hard throughout the whole experience. What I'm worried is that he'll ask to see the pictures, or will see them when we order, and be all "Why do you want a chicken?" And I doubt he knows that $500 (or if the exchange rate holds - $480) only covers the blank doll and shipping.

Me: Can I have a reward for my exam results?
Him: Reward? What result? He seemed genuinely baffled here.
Me: You know, for topping the class in Bio and getting A+ for Chem and...-rambles on-
Him: So, what d'you want?
Me: A doll? -hopeful tones-
Him: $100?
Me: No... $500!
Him: From online? Need credit card?
Me: Yeah.
Him: Really? Include shipping?
Me: Yeah... I calculated everything already! -conveniently forgetting the fact that clothes, eyes and wigs have yet to be purchased-
Him: Okay lor. You get Mum to agree and I buy.

Temporarily, my birdie is confirmed~ And I'd realised that traditionally unicorns have cloven hooves, not normal ones like horses, but more like goats'. That means Glot/Glati hooves instead of Beyla hooves. I still prefer Beyla hooves though.

Also, I've noticed that human skin, like resin, looks better in natural light. It glows better and looks translucent then, instead of being splotchy.

soom, musings
