Dear Steffi, my dad abhors 50mm portrait <--he thinks they're cheap. Thus, I don't have one. O-o

24-70 f/2.8 is an infinitely better lens. Since we're not shooting at the same time, you could just borrow the camera and insert your own CF card. :> Bring posing ideas!

According to this site, it's possible to get it with a 50mm. Remember us trying with both your 28-300 and me with my 18-200 the other day? No flare. /bums around

I know I can get it with Pyon's 50mm lens, but it'll be nice to get it in some digital photos, too.

The problem is, people try to keep OUT lens flares. So good lenses actually have a lower chance of getting the flare... and my dad only buys good lenses. >_________>;;; Which is why older lenses are easier to flare with, and modern lenses have built-in anti-flare protection. We could still try though, especially if the sun is strong.
