yep...tomorrow is the big day..
last week i was sad..and now this week has been refreshing..
i have been reading the bible frequently..
you wouldn't believe how much stronger i feel as a person by doing so..
thank god we are able to live..
if we were down in the grave..there would be no life..
there is no movement..
be thankful you can work and you can love freely..
be thankful you were born in a free country..
love the earth before there is no more..
this world is a horrible place..
and when we succumb to it..that's what makes things stay the same..
i am not depressed about court tomorrow..but thankful god gives me lessons to learn..i am on no shelf..
i am blessed to be talented and to be a strong woman..
no one's perfect..and atleast i know wrong/right..
if there are people in your life that are hindering you..get rid of them..
they probably need you and your love..and your help..but you can only help someone who is willing..
you have your own happiness to worry about and make peace with..

i am going to see gillian welch david rawlings emmylou harris and elvis costello at the ryman on saturday!! have i already said this???...
emmylou and gillian are my mentors..i haven't decided yet if they will be the next ones on my people to meet before i die list..

i bought some records yesterday too as a valentine's day present for myself..roy orbison..doris day..a country collaboration..and benny goodman!..i think i'm up to 200 records now..of wonderful music..mary bought 2 beatles records for me for my birthday that are just amazing..along with a conway and a waylon and willie record..she knows me well..

i may be playing a show in chattanooga soon..cross your fingers for a good date..
