(no subject)
i haven't posted in a very long time. not since i got to denmark.
about that.
denmark is okay so far. it's really exciting to be here, of course, and everything, and school can be nice...
but danes don't show very much emotion and it's hard for me to get used to. and my hair's reacting weirdly to the climate.
sometimes at night when i'm listening to music i feel so alone i can hardly stand it.
i'm not really homesick anymore though.
i have met some really lovely people though, my australian oldie is great, as are these two hilarious danish girls i met. and i have some japanese friends! it rains really all the time here. i just pours and pounds and you can hear it at school and at night and sometimes i hear it in my sleep so it rains in my dreams. i bought a new pair of jeans today from Tiger of Sweden. my oldie and i also got matching black D+G underwear.
it was a bit weird coming here because i'm used to ideal people and most of the exchange students are more mainstream. i'm really not used to people being fascinated with my clothes and asking me about them all the time. it's also kind of strange that they think my music is weird because as everyone who knows me knows, i know practically nothing at all about music. so i believe i am in the process of changing. i think something also may have happened without my knowledge. i'm a lot more shy here.
