I haven't blown anything else up yet.
I have...
- Bought a copy of Toast 8 for the mac. I'm not 100% sure why I bought it, other than I generally buy CD\DVD burning software (it does have some uses), and got a fairly hefty discount for it (£25) from Amazon and a magazine code. For all it's usefulness, I'm a bit disappointed that it won't actually rip MP3s (it delegates this to iTunes), and I'm not sure to what extent it'll deal with DVDs and video files.
- rediscovered Pandora. Been having a bit of a play with it. Stuck 'Zero 7' into it, and it came back to me with a stream of cool, funky, laid-back chilled-out tunes. 'Indigo Girls' gave me a playlist of almost exclusively acoustic girl tree-hugging hippy crap. Putting 'NIN' in partly returns some pretty dark nu-metal, partly childish brats hollering expletives along to some noise. Mmmm.
- Gotten out of an 8:30am meeting tomorrow. It was delegated from my boss to a colleague, who it turns out is on leave tomorrow, so, it got delegated to me. And then it turns out t'boss is available tomorrow, so gave me the option of dropping out and letting him go instead. Can't argue with that...
