stupid online retailers
OMG. I swear, nothing is going right this week.
I ordered a vacuum online last week Friday. It shipped out yesterday (following friday) and arrived at the leasing office at 3:44pm.
But it's not the vacuum I ordered. I ordered a model that has HEPA filtration and is good on carpet AND hard floors. The model I was SENT is only for hard floors. My apartment is entirely carpeted.
I am pissed.
I refuse to pay for return shipping. I want the vacuum I paid for, not this useless chunk of plastic!
