Yes! Chris used it in the airport and then left it at the gate and they put it in the cargo area and brought it back out to the arriving gate. Normal procedure with strollers. They said losing wheels is normal wear and tear for luggage and the same rules apply to strollers because they're stored in the cargo area. But that's total BS - they're the last things put in before the doors are closed and the first things pulled out (so parents can use them in the airport). Chris and his bum knee had to carry both kids through the Dulles airport with a broken stroller and two car seats.

I think I'd complain real loud about the damaged stroller. $50 is all they're willing to pay? That stinks!
