1. All prices are in USD and have not included shipping.
2. I can only accept payments through PayPal and would prefer if they were not made through credit/ debit card. If you would like to pay with card then please be prepared to pay the additional Paypal charges on top of the total.
3. Payment should be made within a week after I send you the email with the details. Please do let me know if you need more time. Otherwise I may open up the book for the next person who wants it.
