failed again
Bad news follows good news. Again, I did not get an interview with JET. The list went up last night.
Also I OWE money on my taxes this year. Because I received money to take the TEFL course I thought would increase my chances of getting said interview.
Life bites you in the butt like that sometimes, but getting this news all in the same day...I'd be lying if I said I wasn't depressed.
Starting to doubt if I can go to Anime Boston at all this year, let alone book the hotel room for my friends. I'd have to miss Sunday AGAIN because the con is on Easter weekend. Yet again. So I'm considering just not going at all, even though I already started a costume for it.
I can always wear it to some con in the future, right?
Well, I'm off to go apply to other teaching positions in Japan, because I don't know what else to do. I am NOT waiting another year for JET if they're going to reject me without giving me a chance again.
