(no subject)
So I spent this past week watching a lot of tv. I think my hormones must be a bit wacky because I teared up quite a bit, and I'm not usually this weepy. (Scrubs, Alias, Jack and Bobby? I'm looking at you.)
It looks like Jack and Bobby is a goner. I must have been one of the few people who actually watched this show. I only started watching it because of Bradley Cooper (he was on some law show the other night, looking mighty fine in a suit), but the show has improved a lot over the season. I remember bawling my eyes out after watching Lost Boys at 2 in the morning. This show actually made me tear up quite a bit. Goodbye Jack and Bobby. You will be missed... well, at least by me.
I swear I'm not that much of a sap, despite everything I've wrote so far.
Attention to all the Canadians on my flist. Have you always wanted to give Veronica Mars a try but never got the chance because most parts of the country don't have UPN? Well here's your chance!
Veronica Mars premieres on Thursday, June 2nd at 8pm on CTV.
You've heard me rant and rave about how great this show is, so I'm not going to repeat myself. I'll pimp it again once it's closer to June. (Did you actually think I'd stop pimping or talking about VM once the season was over?)
The Backstreet Boys are going to be presenters at the MMVAs and I spent 5 seconds contemplating on going, being the dedicated fan that I am, but decided firmly against it because:
1) The boys aren't performing
2) I hate the MMVAs
3) I hate the VJs of Muchmusic - yeah, I'm talking to you, nameless VJ that I saw tonight - fuck you
4) I hate Muchmusic and the crapfest that it has turned into these days
5) I rather stab my eyeballs than to stand 5+ hours with screaming teenies while they push and jab me to death
I'm kind of upset they left Love Is off their new album because I loveloveLOVE that song.
In other music news, it looks like The Decemberists concert is sold out. That should teach me to stop being indecisive.
I caught most of Out of Sight on tv tonight. I forgot how smokin' HOT this movie was. Mmmm, George Clooney.
