Hold me won't you
While I cry

I've been avoiding this.

There are no safe havens
No warm arms to encircle me
No hushed reassurances
No safety anymore

But please
Please exist
For one moment
So I can cry

It's too much
Too much
I can't hold it in
I can't pretend I'm strong

So hold me please
So I can cry
Hold me please
So I might feel safe
