This is a tanka I wrote for a community I joined.  I decided to post it in my journal so that those that aren't of the group can see it.  Please enjoy and no stealing.

Upon a moonlit night
I saw you there with a frown
I walked up to you
To wrap my arms around you
Protecting you from sorrow
