I got mr phone hooked up. It worked fine for about 3 hours before it decided to read 12:06. I called tech support told me to reset phone. I resent phone. ANNNnnnnnnnnnnnnd nothing. So I restored phone. had to call techsupport they reactivated the phone. Couldn't download backup assistant. Went back to the verizon store they transfered my files then the guy putzed with the phone trying to make the applications work. After an our he concluded it was the soft ware so I got a new phone. So now i'm onto this phone. Everything was fine till I decided to check my Vm cause i've been getting lots of calls however no one has left a vm.

Imagine my surprise when I discover oh know I have vm my phone isn't registering them. WTF.
