I'm truly disgusted by this. It is a little girl holding a cat by it's neck. It's not cute, or funny, or awwwww worthy. It looks uncomfortable and I, and a number of others reported it to FB, starting around the 1st, yet it's still there. I'm asking my LJ and FB friends to start reporting it as well. I believe the criterion is something like General Violence, which encompasses animal cruelty.
