[Birthday drabble] Yabu x Yuto

When Tadayoshi decides he is too old to be in a band, he quits and leaves The Johnny’s (which is still a ridiculous name according to Kouta) without a drummer.
They (being Kouta, Yuya and Fujiie) decide they need a new one.
Yuya (or Tego-chan as the band calls him) decides he has to be tall, dark and handsome. He doesn’t tell why and Kouta doesn’t ask. Fujiie simply doesn’t care as long as he gets to play.
They end up doing an open audition and where Kouta is impressed by pretty much every contester, Yuya has one favorite. He wants that one.
Kouta tries to argue that the boy is still quite young, but Yuya tells him the lead-vocalist is just as important as the leader, maybe even more and thus his vote is worth more than Kouta’s. Besides, they need this kid.
Kouta asks why but doesn’t get an answer. He tries to complain to Fujiie but the older man dismisses him. He doesn’t want to deal with Yuya’s antics and Kouta is easier to brush off.
That’s how Nakajima Yuto became their new drummer.
After their first gig as a newly formed band, Fuijiie finds Yuto entangled in Kouta’s arms and it seems like their lips are glued together.
“This is why we needed this one,” Yuya explains to Fuijiie who gives him a look, “Kou needed to get laid.”
