Ahahaha, as I write this (March 9 xD), I've just been home for about an hour and a half and I'm SOOOO glad to be sitting down, you guys have no idea. xD
Well, sitting down in a place that's not a car. HURR.
CON REPORT AND PICTURE TIEM IS NAO:
SATURDAY - I woke up at five-thirty. IN THE MORNING. Who knew such a time existed? xD I put on most of the stuff for my Demyx costume and my best friend Krissy helped me bind my chest, but it ended up being a bit TOO tight, so I had to redo it in the car, which was awkward. xD
We drove up to my sister's apartment (WHICH TOOK THREE AND A HALF HOURS, WHY MUST YOU BE SO FAR AWAY, ORLANDO?) and dumped our stuff there and got her. I was in Mat (Krissy's boyfriend)'s car, and he'd been following my dad the whole way there, but we managed to get separated by a whole slew of traffic, which cost us about twenty minutes. xD And then there was a huuuge line to pay for parking - and one car away, some police dude comes out and makes us think that the lot's full, so everybody starts bitching, but it turns out he was telling us to go, so we ended up not paying for parking that day. O: AHAHAHA.
AND DUDE. They held the con in a different concourse than it's been in for the past two years because THE PEOPLE. SO MANY PEOPLE. HOLY CRAP. I swear, it was at LEAST twice as crowded, if not more so, than last year. GEEZ.
BUT ANYWAY, my dad, my sister, and my friend Diana (aka D-chan) had gone ahead in the dealer's room, so we snuck in there and got our bracelets, yadda yadda. Then my dad and sister went off, and that was the last I saw of them. xD The rest of us wandered around, but Krissy and Mat went off somewhere and I walked around some more until I finally found Alex, one of my fangirls from last year. xDD We babbled and glomped and had EPIC FUN TIEMS. And really, at that point, I was already glad to sit down, which should've told me something (that I'm lazy? xDD).
I hung out with her for awhile and then found element_43 (Caro-chan) after a lot of getting lost and wandering around. xD HOLY CRAP IT WAS SO FABULOUS TO SEE HER. ;lskfjoi We've been talking LYKE WHOA since the last Megacon and it was just so awesome to see her in person again. :D I met some of her friends and CARO-CHAN AND I BROKE THE RECORD FOR THE WORLD'S LONGEST RUN AND GLOMP, GIGGETY. xDDDD BUT JUST OMG. Seeing her just really brightened up Saturday. :D
After awhile, I went to search for Krissy and Mat and take moar pictures and I just wandered around for the longest time. xD Really, that's what a lot of Saturday was for me - WANDERING AROUND LYKE WHOA and checking out the cosplayers. ;D There were a ton of Death Note cosplayers (mostly Light, L, and Misa - I saw one Mello, one Near, and one Ryuk), some Kingdom Hearts, but not nearly as many as last year (ahaha, last year there were like...ten or fifteen Marluxia's. This year, every other person was Roxas. xD ROXAS EVERYWEHRE), and of course a lot of Final Fantasy, but mostly it was, "OMG WHO ARE YOU?!" I need to watch moar anime. *ded* Or maybe it was because there were a LOT more sci-fi and comic-related cosplayers than last year. STORM TROOPERS, OMG. And there was an actual robot R2-D2 that someone kept controlling and had it gliding around the second floor, running into people. xD I was all, "HAY R2" and it beeped at me. *snort*
I lost count of how many people took my picture. *ded* There were two other Demyxs there that I knew of, but I was the only one with a sitar (which, by the way, I've named Leroy. WHY? I DON'T KNOW. xD). ;D Speaking of which, IT KILLED ME CARRYING THAT THING. Not to mention that I kept accidentally thwacking people with it. xD But I think I was loved as Demyx. At one point when I was chilling alone, one girl came up and hugged me like three times and said I made her day, which was sweet. :3 AND I KEPT GETTING GLOMPED SO HARD, WHICH WAS AWESOME \m/>.<\m/ And like two or three people asked, "OMG ARE YOU RAINBOWSERENITY?" "YES, YES I AM. :D" "DUDE I LOVE YOUR FANFICS/AXEL ADVENTURES/ART!" "OMFG YOU'VE MADE MY LIFE! :DDDD"
But really, I'll be surprised if I DON'T see a picture of Demyx!me floating around online in the next month or so. xD
Eventually I met up with everybody again for awhile, but then it was just a lot of hanging out with Caro-chan and everybody (including a guy that reminded me WAAAY too much of my ex-boyfriend) until the rave started. D-CHAN MET A BOY. *snort* xDD But I was just so completely dead from walking in my boots and lugging Leroy around all day that the rave was looking more and more unappealing. I went in there for about ten minutes with Krissy and Mat, and Krissy and I bounced around on a conga line Tequila Worm, but it got really old really fast.
We got back to my sister's apartment at 11, and since we'd eaten practically nothing all day, she ordered pizza for us, which was awesome. xD OMNOMNOMN PIZZA HUT. Aaaand after I watched Death Note because I'm crazy, we all tried to fall asleep, but eh. xD I was sleeping on this reclining armchair that really messed up my neck. Booooo. >< I must've been tired, though, because I slept sort of okay. xD
SUNDAY - We all woke up all discombobulated because of the stupid time change, so went didn't get to the con until 1:30-ish. O: That didn't matter, though. xD Especially since Mat never picked up his Saturday pass (my dad ended up with an extra one since my stepmother was supposed to go, but didn't, so my dad gave Mat hers), so he was able to get a Sunday one instead, which he gave to me. :D Diana had one too, so we roamed around in the dealer's room for awhile. I ATE DIPPIN' DOTS, YAY. AND I ACTUALLY BOUGHT STUFF OMG. O: AND I GOT THE SLIGHTEST GLIMPSE OF NATHAN PETRELLI BUT OMG WE WERE BREATHING THE SAME AIR. :DDD
It was made of epic. OH YES.
Anyway. xD I ended up finding Caro-chan, so we hung out for a bit and SHE GAVE ME POCKYYYY. I was feeling a bit let down because only like three people had asked me for my picture (I was cosplaying as Lenne that day). Ah well. xP
And right as we were about to leave, I found Alex, so thankfully Krissy, Mat, and D-chan gave me some leeway and let me chill with her without getting too pissed off. xD We left around 4 because really, we were all just pooped and my feet were about to fall off. THOSE BOOTS. GOOD GOD.
I saw cow sex on the way home. THAT IS ALL. xD
Really, the only real disappointment about the whole con was that I DID NOT SEE A ZACK. NOT ONE ZACK COSPLAYER. T_T I KNOW THERE WAS SUPPOSED TO BE ONE THERE! Stupid huge convention center. RAWR. >< If one was there, I missed him epically. D: OH ZACK. YOU SHOULD'VE LOVED ON ME. IT WOULD'VE BEEN AWESOME. T_T

And one of the Spartans was all, "LOL, IMMA KILL YOU OKAY" and pretended to kill Jesus, who gave an overly dramatic death scene. Then a few seconds later, his head popped up and he said, "WAIT A SEC! I'M FREAKING JESUS!" and kicked some Spartan ass. xD

THESE TWO WERE SO ADORABLE OMFG. <333 A whole bunch of people were done taking their picture when I got to them, so they got out of their pose, and I said, "Wait, can I get a picture please??" So they posed like this for me and nearly fell over because kneeling like that was awkward. xD After I took it, they glomped me and posed some more. EPIC.
These two were pretty much the most epic Final Fantasy cosplayers there. Oh man, if they hadn't kept running away and if I wasn't so afraid of breaking their costumes, I would've glomped them so hard. xD

This Cloud was so adorable! ;alskf They were just about to sit down when I stopped them and asked for a picture, and Cloud was about to pose, but her belts suddenly came undone, and then her gloves were falling off, or SOMETHING. So Lucrecia and Sephiroth and I are cracking up, and Cloud's all, "WAIT, HOLD ON, JUST A SECOND" and also cracking up. xD And I said, "But Cloud, you're training to be a SOLIDER! This is just your first of many tasks to overcome!" And she replied, "Yeah, the Battle of the Belts."

MOST KICKASS POSTER EVAR. I saw this and knew I HAD to buy it. Lightning, oh baby. This is now hanging next to my bed, much to the extreme amusement of my stepmother. xD
TEENY TINY YUNA. :D The box could've had any one of the characters shown, but I figured I'd be cool with any of them. It's so freaking detailed. I love it. :D
...And I bought something else, but I can't show it because I bought something like it for my friend Bouncy. *ahem* xD

Caro-chan and I do THE WORLD'S LONGEST RUN AND GLOMP, WOOOO! :D Ignore the last ten seconds or so of that, because D-chan didn't realize the camera was still on. WHOOPS. xD

Hare Hare Yukai Dance! :D There were actually a bunch of people doing this all weekend, but these were the only people I saw that were actually cosplaying from the anime. xD

I actually have MOAR cosplay pictures, but they're on D-chan's camera and she hasn't uploaded them yet. :P Although the only pictures I can think of that she took and I didn't were of a Chewbacca, a HELLA AWESOME Cloud, and a Vincent. SO USE YOUR IMAGINATIONS, OKAY. :D
If anybody ever sees a Demyx!Me or Lenne!Me picture floating around...let me know! :D
