Reflections
Thank goodness I have the next three days off. (Friday/Saturday/Sunday) It's been a while since I've had three days off in a row. Now if I can pull some plans together and do something fun and/or productive over the course of the next three days, I'll be happy. The original plan was to go up to Lancaster, PA on Saturday, shop, spend the night camping in my family's new RV, then head back home Sunday. Plans changed... my sister is leaving to go to California to see her best friend, so we all decided it would be best to see her off. I have no problem with that whatsoever - I wasn't really psyched about going to PA anyway.
I got to hang out briefly with my friend Phill ( badqueermonkey ) - who I hadn't seen for quite some time. It was definitely good times to just sit and talk to him. *Smiles*
(Oh by the way, skacubby we sat near our favorite bag of fries at that McDonald's .... she's still hot as ever.)
I'm still trying to work through the ups and downs in my life... and I think I will grab back control of my life 100% by mid-June. By then I hope to have all my fiances in order, a possible promotion, tax refund check, and other personal thoughts in check.
I shaved all my facial hair off yesterday (Wednesday evening) ... I don't know if it's staying off or not. I just got in a really weird (not good weird, but bad weird) mood and decide to just take the razor and just chop it off....
And finally in closing I just want to say some positive things about myself... I am one of the sweetest, nicest, and caring friends anyone could ever have ... and I greatly appreciate all of those who know that. This part just goes out to those that will probably never read this... If you don't take the time to know me, you will never know how wonderful of a person I can really be... I can't wait til guys take time to look at the whole package (personality + looks) --- sure the wrapping paper might not be as pretty, but take time to look inside the box and you might be surprised at what you'll find.
