I went to work out today after taking Wednesday off. I thought I would struggle, but did well. I have progressed to running for eight minutes on the treadmill and fast walking the other seventeen minutes or so. Maybe with the treadmill and weights, I will be somewhat buff by summer. LOL! Not!
