HOLLOWEEN!!!
I'm so excited... I took Friday off of work so I can go to this coast guard party. Costumes are welcome (but not required). I've never gone before, and I thought it would be fun. So I can't wait. It's free to go, and there will be guys!! I don't think they'll be in uniform though....(Sorry Mom).
So I figured I would go and just look cute. But I thought maybe I would want a costume. But I don't want to spend that much money on it... well, can I just say that I'm a genius??? So far I've spent $2 on my costume... let's play a game... what am I going to be for Holloween??
I bought two bright green large baby blankets. I'm going to wrap them aroung me so it looks like a strapless dress. It'll cover everything and end just before my knees. I have to sew them together (yes, mom, I'm sewing something....I miss doing CRAFTS!) But I have to put a blue ribbon in my hair and wear it in a high bun. For shoes I have to find green house slippers and superglue white pom pom things on the toes of them. For the blankets I'm going to cut the bottom of the dress into little jagged triangles so it looks something like the bottom of a skirt similar to flinstones'. Finally, and I think it might give it away, but I have to buy blue wings (the most expensive thing, and it isn't that bad) That's my entire costume!

Well, I'll let you guys guess for a while, but I'll post the answer later.
I think I'm going to fine, the house slippers should be cheap and comfortable. It's fleece material so even though it's short, I'll still be warm. For my legs, maybe I'll get nylons.
Well, I have two tests tomorrow so I have to get studying... I love and miss everyone very much.
