Today's been good. Been lots of places. Kept busy, around people. People who are smart and good and hard-working. It makes me want to be like that too, and also be around people more. It makes me want a job too, like a real one, and to do something that I'm good at...
Mom is snoring loud and though I am slightly drunk I bet it will be hard to sleep. And we've got to get up at like 6 in the morning to set up things for the conference. But today's been good. Got to be around funny people, including Shanna who is married but the youngest besides me and quite pretty and has a very good personality... This conference has kinda been "her baby" and they've been giving her so much crap but its really funny.
We also got to shop and I bougth a cute pair of pants and a shirt for $20 and then even caught the old TV Guide with the JMO pic in it so YAY FOR ME. All is not lost and wow - she's so hot.
Speaking of which, thanks to
folkrockergrrrl for the wonderful couple of jmo/Cam icons she made from "Top Secret". I'm in love with them already, can you tell?
So it's late, and I'm tipsy and took a sleeping pill and need to be asleep soon. I hope I can get some sleep tonight and just stop thining about all this crap at least until we get back home. Because it needs to be thought about but not *while* I'm trying to have fun with cool/awesome people.
We also went to eat at Lambert's and got to watch people throw rolls at retarded people (not because they are retarded, but its what they do at Lambert's) and it was so funny watching them try to catch. And then when we went to get drinks we all sat back and joked about all kinds of crazy stuff.
Thank god for good people and friends and drinks given to use by slightly older but still hot girls who are sadly married but have insanely attractive eyes/personalities/erm, yeah.
