I met a girl in the park today. She's homeless, and she keeps herself wrapped up in Saran wrap and lots of clothing, because her skin seeps this acidic stuff instead of sweat or natural oils. We talked, because apparently I'm good at getting people to talk to me, and she told me that her parents had kicked her out when she started... changing, I guess? And that it hurts her sometimes, because she can't control it.
I told her about the Company. No specifics, because I get the feeling that'd get me in more trouble than I can imagine, but that they might be able to help. I also let her know what they do, and that she might not like everything, that a lot of people didn't like everything, but she needs a fix for what's going on with her, and I think they can help.
Bennet wasn't lying, after all, and he's not... that bad. I don't think I liked the other girl that much but her color wasn't so bad.
And Jenny, she is dangerous. Touching her burns.
So I guess I'll call him tonight and see if they can take her in.
In other news, I'm an idiot and it's probably good that Zach's been crashing at Lance's place. They need it more than I do.
