I wish this person's attitude was more common in life

A friend said to me yesterday: "What? Do you think I'm going to judge you?", implying that she doesn't care if she learns something new, regardless of what it is about me because she already knows me and likes me for who I am and not a little side note of my life. (This surprised me, I guess I still have my wall up around me, trying to protect myself at all costs, regardless if it's a friend. I still expect the worst in people to come and squish me like a giant shoe to a teensy bug. But I shouldn't, if it 's a good friend. That wall shouldn't exist around good, great and best friends.)

And to her I say Thank You! You are a true friend *megahugs*

prejudice, judging others, stigma
