had such a good workout today, i can't even tell ya.
got there and did 30 minutes of cardio/buttworkout on the "butt machine", which is technically called the elliptic machine
love it love it
then i did my thighs on the inner thigh and outer thigh machines. ow.
then i did some calf work, and my lower abs.
when i go back on thursday i'll do the same cardio but i'll be working on my arms and upper abs.
oi.
no protein shake for me*** cafe closed.
dammit.
