she's like conversational wizard
well, i had a big long entry planned, but i'm just too exhausted to write much.
this weekend was awesome, it was so nice to be away, and not have to work or go to class. i woke up early friday morning and ran some errands and headed up north, to meet becca. she got there and we did some stuff before erica got there, and then cheryl came too. emily decided to come saturday, and allison also. we sat out on the boat for awhile, and went in the hot tub (which got a lot of use during the weekend...nudge, nudge, wink, wink). got ready to spend the night by the fire, then uncle tim decided to take us to the bar, so that was really fun. he even got them to serve us, which was really random. dancing, and i felt completely wrong dancing to footloose with gen not there (WE MISSED YOU!!!!!!!!!!!!!!) dragged ourselves away, dodged a few bullets and managed to get back to the cabin and curl up in our tent.
had the party on saturday, and it was a really nice day. emily and allison came, and we spent time listening to the band, sunning, sitting on the boat, singing, and other stuff with a trip to gladwin in between. squeezed 6 of us into the tent, and it rained all night and soaked us and everything else inside.
sunday emily left, and we cleaned up a bit after our tent got soaked, and went down to pontoon alley for awhile, swimming and sunning. came back and had some fun, drinking a bit (ok, a little more than that) and having fun with the guys that were up there (hahaha, funny stories, how were we supposed to know it wasn't their cooler?!?!?!). we decided it was a good idea to go in the river right from the hot tub, and erica stepped on a zebra mussel and cut her foot, and soon after that we went to sleep.
got up, becca left early. took a trip to the emergency room to get erica 5 stiches, cause her foot was really bad. fabulous times at the hospital. got back, everyone left and i came home and crashed.
i work at 8:45 the next 3 mornings, so that sucks. my class started today too, so it's back to the books. i did find out that i passed my first two classes, so that's exciting.
now it's time for bed, i'm beat.
