Just wondering if it's possible to participate with OpenID? Because I thought about promoting this on Dreamwidth as well, but a lot of people there don't have LJ accounts.

Possibly a dumb question and it may have been answered else-where. But once the payment has gone through - the person just sends me or somebody a screen shot of proof they've paid the amount? 9.6?

Yes. Once the winner has been notified, there will be instructions on how to confirm payment to both the mods and the offerer.

How do I make a screenprint of my donation? There is a button on my laptop that says 'prt sc' but it doesn't seem to be doing anything. Help?

Press that button, then open any image editor program (Paint is the easiest if you have Windows), then right click, paste, and that should do it. Just resize and save the picture.
