Roxas leaned back against a wall. He was not used to gatherings but he put enough of his own discomfort aside to at least attend it.
Sora wanted to have a small party, just because they haven’t gotten together for a while. Roxas felt a little uncomfortable around Sora’s friends. The blond tried to mingle with them but didn’t really click with anyone.
Roxas sighed as he got a plastic cup and poured himself some punch. That gave him a chance to glance around the room and noticed all the different types of people. He wondered how he could ever fit in with this kind of crowd.
He sighed as he returned to his spot by the wall. Roxas took a sip when he heard his named called.
“Roxas, why are you standing there?” Sora asked. Before the other could answer, Sora grabbed Roxas’s hand and pulled him into the crowd. “Come on! I’m going to introduce you around. My friends are interested in meeting you!”
They want to meet me? Roxas thought. A small smile crept up on his face.
“Okay,” Roxas said finally. “That’d be nice.”.
