Sick! Stomach Flu? Ebola?

So the past 48 hours or so has had me bed-ridden. Fevers ranging from 99-101 degrees that would keep coming and going. Extreme body aches and malaise/weakness all over as well as nausea in the tummy. Some other details that are not so pleasant that involves stuff leaving me orally as well as the other way as well. It all started Wednesday evening. The guy and I had taco bell for dinner. We both had one of those lava box thingies, though neither of us were able to finish it all.

Roughly about oh, an hour or two after eating I start to feel really weird. Bad indigestion in the tummy - stuff like that. I find some Pepcid AC and figure that it's all over. Well, no, not really! The next day (Thanksgiving) I'm pretty much in bed the whole day. Really bad body aches unlike the which I've ever felt before, headache/migraines, fevers, more nausea. All I had been able to take down was a small milkshake. I felt slightly better enough after vomiting (x4) later in the evening to the point that I could have a few pieces of turkey and some apple sauce. Follow that with another night of feeling like shit, thermometer reading fever of 100 and climbing. The b/f got me a cool rag to put on my head and did a wonderful job of keeping me covered and helping me out however I needed it. It would of been a much rougher ride without his help.

Cue 5:00 AM on Friday. Fever seems to be gone, though my head hurts a bit. I feel much better then yesterday - and I would hope so, what with how much over the counter stuff I've been taking and all the fluids I've been pushing. Any medical types or folks with similar experiences able to tell me just what it is I had? A really bad stomach flu? I'm not so sure, because the boyfriend finished my leftover taco bell and never got sick. Maybe I contracted something by touching a classroom door handle when I went to class Wednesday night shortly before dinner?

Whatever the case - I'm very thankful to be starting to finally feel a bit better.
