Me: ...so my hypothesis is that only interesting people follow Victorian fashion.
Coworker: Yeah, but then you can wind up in creepy steampunk circles.
Me: Meh, I like steampunk.
Coworker: Oh, well, my girlfriend's sister is really into it.
Me: Ohh?
Coworker: Yeah, steampunk and Doctor Who. She won't shut up about either one.
Me: Uhh...
*cues up "It's a Small World*
ANYWAY.
The next few days are going to be all work and no play. Started the move today, and hopefully My Friend With The Truck will be free the same day I'm free, and we can get my furniture moved.
Doctor Who withdrawal is starting to set in, but fortunately SOMEONE hasn't seen most of the last season, so there's that to look forward to. I think I'm going to work on acquiring some Torchwood, so I have that to inflict at will, and maybe rewatching Life On Mars so I can go through the rest of Ashes to Ashes. TV is important, y'know.
